|About||Private Small Group Training Studio|
I have operated a small private, training studio for ten years. I train small groups of 2 or 3 clients at a time. The training is affordable, fun & high energy. I group my clients according to fitness level, physical limitations & their schedules.
Unlike a fitness class, I do not actually work out with my clients. I am focused on their form, posture and individual needs. It is important to have everyone moving correctly and effectively. I work my clients hard, while keeping them safe. The human body quickly adapts. The training sessions are never the same, this keeps it fun and stimulating.
My goal is to work every one hard, get results, stay injury free and have fun doing it. It is very important to me that everyone senses the positive energy and feels physiqued to come back. I have a well stocked gym. We use our bodies, free weights, balls, bands, bosu, TRX, cable systems, kettle bells & weighted jump ropes. Most clients come in 2x a week.
When assessing a client I am looking at a combination of strength, flexibility, balance, body weight, fat to lean ratio and cardiovascular endurance. Each clients needs and priorities are different. It is my job to over see the project of transforming bodies. I take each clients individual needs and life style & together we tweak and shift things to produce results. This may be done through food journaling, adding in biking, walking, running etc. It may mean adding in a yoga class. What ever we do we work as a team to get results and to create your best body. It is my job to put the pieces of the puzzle together to create health and wellness and beautiful bodies at the same time! Often my work is also about helping my clients find motivation and self esteem. Besides training, I am available to my clients to talk about any facet of their program, this is included in the price of their training appointments.
