|About||We are a division of the Student Development and Enrollment Services. Our aim is to provide completely seamless integration of technology and technical services into all organizational functions empowering SDES to succeed.|
|Mission||SDES Information Technology will empower SDES to achieve its vision, mission and goals by combining advanced, reliable, and effective technology with diverse technical services including forecasting, consulting, research, purchasing, installation, configuration, and ongoing support for applications, clients, peripherals, and infrastructure devices for supported SDES staff.|
We are made of three teams: Client, Development, and Infrastructure.
The Client Team is at the forefront of customer service for SDES IT and oversees all aspects of client-side computing for supported units within the division.
The Infrastructure Team deals primarily with the underlying systems of hardware and software that run many of the basic functions on the SDES domain.
The Development Team designs, supports, and maintains development systems on the SDES domain, in addition to offering design services to any department in SDES.
