About The Fresno Battalion is a proud United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps unit that offers a nautically oriented training program for young Americans ages 11-17.

Mission The NSCC and NLCC offers a nautically oriented training program for young Americans, ages 10 through 17. The program allows young people to sample military life with no obligation to join any branch of the armed forces. Through organization and cooperation with the Navy Coast Guard, and Marine Corps to encourage and aid American youth to develop an interest and skill in basic seamanship and in its naval adaptations, to train them in seagoing skills, and to teach them patriotism, courage, self-reliance and kindred virtues" in a drug-, gang- and alcohol free lifestyle.
Description The Fresno Battalion is a proud United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps unit. We are sponsored by the Fresno Council of The Navy League of the United States. We drill at the Fresno National Guard Armory, located at 911 S. Chance Ave. Fresno CA (Near the Fresno Fairgrounds), the 2nd weekend and 4th Saturday of every month.
