Seattle Central College Facebook Posting Policy
Seattle Central College’s Facebook page encourages active discussions and sharing of information and thoughts.
Please show respect for your fellow users by keeping the discussion civil. Comments are subject to Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
The College’s Facebook site is a limited public forum to discuss matters topical to the Seattle Central College and we reserve the right to remove comments that are racist, sexist, abusive, profane, violent, obscene, spam, that advocate illegal activity, contain falsehoods or are wildly off-topic, or that libel, incite, threaten or make ad hominem attacks on Seattle Central students, employees, guests or other individuals. We also reserve the right to remove content that cannot be translated into English by Google Translates or other free online translation software. We do not permit messages selling products or promoting commercial, political or other ventures. In addition, election campaign materials or postings otherwise deemed inappropriate will be deleted by the page administrators.
If a comment or post is deleted due to policy violations, users may repost if the new post conforms to the posted policies. Posts and comments made by users should not be construed as being endorsed by the College; users are responsible for the content they post.
