Description Located in the heart of Central Europe, SEED Business Leadership Program was established to fulfill Central & Eastern European corporate needs of managerial education. The program targets managers who have the prospect and potential of becoming C-level leaders of companies in the next five years. The training curriculum is organised around three major Leadership Essentials: developing oneself, one’s people and one’s business, simultaneously.

Raise your profile!
Since participants tend to find themselves at different points in their leadership journeys, trainers first conduct a 360-degree evaluation of participants and confront them with their individual self-assessments compared to the same assessments input by their managers and direct reports. Besides this, emphasis is placed on assessing an ownership mindset and becoming a role model. At the end of the program participants prepare a list of their personal leadership commitments to be fulfilled in the next period of their leadership journey.

One group of modules in the Business Leadership program focuses on making great people decisions and leading teams. In this block, trainers show how great leaders should inspire and develop their peers and subordinates and how to communicate in order to bring the best out of their teams.

Drive your business!
By inspiring participants, trainers aim to help them become experts and excel at strategy development in their fields. Within the training program, strategic mindset becomes reformulated, while expertise is emphasized via instructive examples.
After the completion of the training, a three-month follow-up period begins that includes one-on-one mentoring and coaching sessions and ensures that participants internalise and apply the competencies developed vie the course of the SEED Business Leadership Program.
