Description InfoVision (now Serco) begins operations in New Delhi India in 1991, providing back-office services such as loyalty programmes, direct marketing, and data management for clients like Oberoi Hotels, Lufthansa, and American Express.
April 2012, Serco Group Plc brings all its BPO assets together to create Serco Global Services. In India, the BPO division now comprises erstwhile Intelenet, Sparsh BPO and Serco’s existing presence with a combined workforce of about 30,000 across 43 delivery centres in 21 cities.
