Description Hi there!

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the B.C.A.C.C. and hold an M.A. in Counselling Psychology. My aim: "Helping you with Possibilities and Potential."

I've worked with a variety of patients contending with concurrent disorders, HIV, and addictions at Doctor Peters AIDS Foundation, and at Edgewood Addiction Services Network. I offer objective guidance in dealing with both the challenges and breakthroughs of the addiction process.

I've been a facilitator at Parent Support Services providing advocacy, support, resource material, and community education for parents in crisis.

The negative thinking and ruminating commonly accompanying these draining emotions are, in truth, bad habits. Our mind tricks us into thinking we can’t succ
