It's open 365 days of the year from 8am – 8pm on weekdays and 9am – 5pm on weekends.
Our housing experts will advise you, no matter what your housing situation. Our helpline does get busy, but keep trying if you can't get through. Calls are free from UK landlines and all major UK mobile operators.
Our webchat service is usually open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
