Shiatsu, a form of Asian Bodywork Therapy, nurtures the dynamic relationship of mind, body and spirit so that we can be our best and enjoy greater resilience.
Shiatsu uses the same theories and point locations as Acupuncture for balancing the body's energy (Qi), utilizing one of the most natural and intuitive forms of healing, touch - providing a noninvasive option for treating illness and injury as well as enhancing emotional and physical health.
