I teach clients how to see their world through a lens of objectivity which will stay with the long after therapy is over. I believe therapy benefits individuals who are seeking change, struggling with control, and need insight.
I have expertise in the field eating disorders, self-injury, anxiety, and depression in adolescents and adults. I have worked in hospitals, intensive outpatient, and residential centers. My practice is unique in that I consult with local school districts, hospitals and behavioral health centers which provides my clients a plethora of resources beyond our session.
Collaborating with clients is my passion. I believe that clients should be educated on the therapeutic process, how change occurs and strategies to transfer it into the outside world. I use all evidence-based techniques rooted in both qualitative and quantitative data, proven to be effective for clients seeking acceptance and change in their life.
