Sonia Romanelli brings extensive knowledge of the real estate market, interior design and architecture to her position as a real estate salesperson of the Town of Huntington and Long Island, New York. She offers her clients an outstanding level of service. Her formal education as a draft person in civil engineering and architecture, in harmony with her years of experience decorating, drafting, building, purchasing, selling, owning and managing properties, allow her to excel at every level of her real estate transactions.
Whether it is helping a first time buyer understand the home purchasing process, helping a seller with or without 1031 exchange, or assisting an investor with achieving their real estate goals, she is a great negotiator, dedicated to make sure that the entire process goes as smoothly as possible and strives to achieve the most desirable results for both buyers and sellers.

As a resident of Long Island and Greenlawn for over 28 years, Sonia feels fortunate to raise her three children in the community of Harbor Fields School District where she was always a class mother and thriving to give back to the community.
Sonia is an active member of the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church in Centerport.
She serves as a catechist and a social core worker in OLQM outreach ministry and also participated in Project T.O.Y through Tri-Community and youth agency in Huntington.
