Having taught extreme sports around the world (skiing and diving), Sophia initially did Pilates for ten years before coming to Power Yoga during her PhD studies in Marine Biology. Yoga helped her find balance between real life, fitness, mindfulness, and exploring our spirituality and energy systems. Sophia is now committed to sharing its many benefits in a no-nonsense approach, with a teaching style that is accessible, grounded, engaging and inspiring.
