Gordon & Aileen Spink have been processing seafood & supplying shops & restaurants the length & breadth of Scotland for many years.
Gordon was a North Sea Fisherman for over 15 years and therefore has many contacts in the industry, allowing him to harbour the freshest catches!
We provide our seafood in a variety of weights, cuts and pack sizes to suit your individual needs.
All our market fresh fish is prepared and packed by our team of experienced staff at our factory site in Arbroath. We offer services such as skinning, boning and/or portioning . All our Haddock fillets are hand cut angels with a range of sizes available.
Aside from Haddock, Lemon Sole, Plaice, Cod & Hake make up the biggest percentage of our fresh product list. Our Smoked Fish specialities include Arbroath Smokies, Hot Smoked Salmon, Trout, Seabass, Mackerel & Herring. They are all smoked on a daily basis.
Other popular products are our cold smoked Haddock, both natural and dyed, perfect for Fish pies!
We visit each of our delivery areas Monday - Friday all over the East Coast & Central Belt of Scotland.
