Comprehensive sports education program that leverages best practices in sports education from the most developed nations across the globe. PLANNED, SEQUENTIAL & PROGRESSIVE approach ensure that each child spends adequate hours every week on HIGH QUALITY PE & SPORTS PROGRAMS. This significantly enhances children’s fitness levels and greatly improves the overall concentration, commitment and self-esteem; leading to higher attendance, better behaviour and attainment.
Physical Education and Sports program for children covering Kindergarten, Primary and High School. Each module is designed to develop age-specific physical attributes and learning objectives. Periodic evaluation of students to track the progress from Basic to Mature to Advance levels.
KinderPE Program for Kindergarten children - the focus is to develop the “Fundamental Movement Skills”.
PrimePE Program for Primary children – the focus is to develop basics of sports skills and exposure to multiple games and sports.
SeniorPE program for Senior/ Higher grades – the focus is to nurture and develop advance skills and playing ability.
Above three programs are integrated with Athletics Program.
the objective is to build the foundation for all sports. Athletics program split in various age groups 7-10 yrs, 11-14 yrs and 15-16 yrs. Key focus is to develop the skills of Running, Throwing and Jumping.
Program includes Sprint, Hurdles, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Javelin Throw, Triple Jump, and Long Distance Run. The program is implemented with periodic evaluation process.
Sports Program is developed specifically to impart coaching across multiple age groups. Each sport program is further developed in three levels:
- Initial Level (Basic)
- Transit level (Intermediate)
- Advance Level (Proficient)
The three levels are implemented based on the age and skill level of the children.
