Susan has extensive experience with Real Estate and Development, from selling the construction of multi-million dollar buildings within Downtown Grand Rapids; to managing the development of condominium and housing projects within Holland and Saugatuck, Michigan; to helping you market and negotiate through the sale of your home.
Negotiating the sale, no matter what the purchase price, is Susan's great advantage to you. The process. from writing the offer to aligning at the closing table may seem simple, but in reality, there are many issues which have the ability to terminate a good sales contract. Susan's experience with regard to keeping the sale together, at any cost, is of great value.
Susan Gray has 23 years' experience within Real Estate, Design and Development. From commercial to residential; from castles to cottages, Susan loves working alongside of her clients, to bring sellers' and buyers' dreams and goals to reality. Susan's contract and transaction skills are at veteran level. Being a strong negotiator, she places emphasis on keeping transactions together though critical issues may arise. Susan's undergraduate studies were focused upon business and marketing, at Ashland University and Calvin College. Within her personal time, Susan continues on with the Master's of Divinity program in Seminary. Susan has three boys, Zachary, Gabriel, and Solomon.
