So my name is Susie,
Let me tell you a little bit about me, I have for a long time now had a real urge and passion for finding the way to make myself and those around me feel good in the most natural way,
I'll be honest I had tried everything over the years supplements, shakes, fads, paleo, exercised my butt off and all sorts of different things, you name it I've tried it, but none of them have ever been sustainable or felt completely satisfying, and I love food so I was determined to find my way.
I've never been about wanting to look super skinny, and never been keen on bikini model comps or that type of stuff. All I ever wanted was to be happy, healthy, fit, confident and most of all comfortable within myself. Most of all I needed to stop comparing myself to others.
It was after I had my second baby that I became REALLY empowered and led to believe that we as individuals are all different and unique, and are capable of so much more than we give ourselves credit for. I had a quick and easy water birth with this baby boy, yes that is no word of a lie, I worked super hard through this pregnancy, I crossfited pretty much all the way through, ate really clean, made sure I got lots of sleep, did chiro, massage, plenty of beach relaxation in between work and did a Hypnobirthing course, I took it upon myself to get quite educated on childbirth, and what us as women are capable of without intervention and with the correct mindset. So my point is from that I then recognised I needed to embrace my individual strengths, my body and be happy and confident in my own skin and accept that we are all different.
Therefore I realised I needed to then take my health into my own hands, follow what I believed, what i saw as common sense and most of all get in tune with my body. So I started researching and experimenting. One persons strengths are another persons weakness's, one persons food is another persons poison. We can't follow what our best friend, next d
