|Description||swissbäkers began in 1998 in the home of Helene & Thomas Stohr. Helene wanted to bring Swiss food and culture to Boston through fresh pretzels, bread, and pastries. Food should be savored and enjoyed, not used simply as fuel for the body, because of this all swissbäkers products are all-natural and made fresh daily. Our food is healthy and light with an emphasis on flavor and simplicity, “our food makes you feel good!” swissbäkers has grown steadily over the years, and now all production takes place in a 14,000 square foot bakery in Allston. This facility allows us to distribute to multiple cafes, farmers markets, wholesale accounts, and catering guests, while maintaining “grandchild sustainability.” Everything we do has no impact or a positive impact on the environment.|
