SYoga for your personalized for you at your home, care facility or at the studio: Create your session by choosing from a combination of: Hatha, Yin, Chakra Flow, Relaxation, Meditation, Reflection (journal required). I will work with you to provide a much deserved yoga session dedicated to you and your wellness goals. Great to build regular practice in the comfort of your preferred environment.
SYoga to schools and organizations: It is recommended to create work/life balance that we incorporate meditation into our routine. Meditation fosters self-awareness and builds resiliency we can rely on in times of change. Mindful meditation practice is infused with basic stretches and poses (asana) and breathing (pranayama) techniques for stress relief and centering.
SYoga practices are safe and suitable for people of various abilities & fitness levels and for those recovering from trauma, injury or illness.
