At the University of Minnesota Technological Leadership Institute (TLI) we bridge the space where leadership, technology management, science and engineering converge. The institute is an affiliate of the College of Science and Engineering, a home to internationally-recognized faculty and research.
What makes our degree programs stand out?
You can become a leader of a technology-intensive company through our Master of Science in Management of Technology degree program. More than one-third of our MOT graduates become executives within five to seven years. Another 50 percent become managers and senior managers.
