I use a range of techniques, all personally tailored to your needs. The best part is, this is alternative healing for the 21st Century - it's all bliss and no bull. Techniques I Use
Energy Healing - based in the style of reiki with some additional styles and my own unique abilities mixed in. A hands-on session involves you lying on your back, fully clothed, with your eyes closed. I work on different parts of your head, torso and limbs to unblock energy and traumas by gently placing my hands on or above you. During this session, I am able to see what you need to release, such as past traumas or negative self talk. The process takes around 45 mins, and we then discuss what has come up after. You will leave feeling a deep sense of relaxation and release.
EFT - (Emotional Freedom Techniques), is an incredibly successful healing technique to free you from unwanted and distressing emotional feelings. It's also effective in reducing or eliminating physical pain. EFT is non-invasive and doesn't require or affect medication use.
EFT combines a blend of light tapping on acupressure points and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and can be used for a range of issues such as PTSD, phobias, addictions, chronic pain and many other problem areas. Sessions can be in person or via video call.
Meditation/Mindfulness - mindfulness is the practice of being able to be completely present in the now, without judgement or distractions, and meditation is how you practise to get there! You don't have to burn incense or sit with your legs bent all funny (though, of course, if that floats your boat, crack on!), just get comfy and let me guide your mind to a state of ahhh-wareness.
