About “ Largest Rebuilder of Airseeders in the USA ”
The Airseeder Guys cover
Mission We’re a team of specialized airseeder mechanics and engineers with a passion and mission for using
our 120,000 + man hours of experience working on JD drills and airseeders to give farmers knowledge and quality U.S.A. engineered parts they need to
drastically reduce maintenance costs and increase their machine’s planting performance.
Description The company we are today began as a small team of mechanics with a passion for farming who made a decision to specialize exclusively in JD drills and airseeders. Originally known as ASI Ag Services, our team partnered with JD dealerships and farmers to rebuild worn out machines.
Like you however, we became frustrated from repeatedly replacing parts just to have the
same problems over and over again. We began sourcing U.S.A. manufacturers, researching
answers, and testing solutions to the most common problems. Over the course of extensive experience and partnering with local Ag manufacturers, we
refocused our mission to not just helping farmers rebuild their machines, but to rebuild
them in such a way that they would truly last by replacing the common wear items
altogether with extended wear improvements. Now today, we have merged with a couple of our US partner manufacturers and formed AG, Inc.,
have 15 on-site service crews, and have 120,000 + man hours of experience exclusively on JD notill
drills. Often referred to as “The Airseeder Guys”, we’ve compared results on more than 1,000
machines. Based on our findings, presently offer the longest lasting airseeder parts available,
drastically reduce maintenance time for farmers, and help them significantly improve their stand
and yield every time they plant.
We’ve been in business a while and we’ve learned the importance of going out to a farm and
looking through a farmer’s machine in person to know exactly what’s going on. From there, we can
determine which components are still in good condition and which ones need to replaced sooner
than later to avoid costly losses in performance and damage to other parts. Armed with hands on
knowledge, we can equip farmers with a tailored maintenance strategy for the field conditions
they’re planting in and a multi-year plan to replace wear parts as they become worn with extended
wear solutions to bullet proof their machine for the long haul. With a long-term plan in hand, we will
