|About||The Baker's Joint specializes in custom cakes and pastries. Owner and operator, Rochelle Courey is a Johnson & Wales graduate of 2008. She has earned an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry and a Bachelors Degree in Food Service Management.|
Our first responsibility is to our customers, without which we would have no reason for being. We cater to our customers in a professional manner by offering quality products, competitively priced. We strive to service our customers with courtesy and professionalism.
The Baker's Joint provides a product of the greatest possible value to our customers, thereby gaining and holding their respect and loyalty while achieving sufficient profit to finance our companyit's technology, and it's growth.
Custom cakes, cupcakes, and pastries. Including but not limited to, weddings cakes, special occasion cakes, dessert platters, or continental buffet spreads.
We also offer a "Lite" Lunch. Croissant Sandwiches, Salads, and Wraps. Specializing in Mediterranean Foods and Pastries: Tabouleh, Spinach Pies & Meat Pies, Hummus, grape leaves, ma'amoul, and more!
