Massage helps to boost the circulation and remove built up toxins stored within the muscles bringing new and oxygenated blood to areas of stiffness and tension and also increasing flexibility to the body. Essential oils too have their own potential to change mood, uplift feelings, help us to feel grounded when we are in a constant state of stress and anxiety. A consultation will be performed before each treatment to ensure that you are treated safely.
