Mission | Helping families survive with the hope of improving quality of life for families suffering from traumatic experiences. |
Description |
The Save the Family program works alongside families that suffer from trauma that is associated with disease or disability. With each family trauma can vary and the things that overwhelm a family can be very different. So our help comes in many different ways. The Evangel Food Pantry offers relief to the hungry in Williamsville, Amherst, and Clarence while also helping shut ins. The Evangel Food Pantry is a “client choice” pantry. What this means is that clients are permitted to go in and select items they need based on the available supply. The Community Awareness and Preparedness program works with the community to prepare for any natural disasters that may arise. Also, works to bring awareness to the needs of the community and then implements projects to address those needs. The Friends of Children Uniquely Served (F.O.C.U.S.) works with foster children who age out of foster care between the ages of 18 and 21. Also, works with helping to provide foster parents with the tools necessary to support and take care of their foster child. The Center for Learning offers a variety of online training programs that can enhance your business and soft skills. This program is restricted to Non Profit organizations, businesses, and community members. |
