THE NAKED PT AKA Lawrence Science
working with you to realise your true fitness potential! Your goal my passion!
I have been a fitness enthusiast since the age of 17. Fitness training has always been part of my life even during the highs and lows. In fact it was the exercise and training that kept me going through life's lows. Now 32 years later, yes that right now 49 yrs old, big 50 this year Dec 2017 i still have that fire within to take my training even further! Calisthenics! More on this later.
So since a young age and through the years I've trained in many gyms from the old school weights only hardcore gyms to the modern ones of today, with their vast range of cardio equipment weight training machines and exercise classes. I cant deny i was blessed with having a real passion for the gym environment whilst growing up and to experience different training methods depending on my needs at the time or how i felt kept my training challenging. Sometimes it was endurance training for tough mudders, endurance challenges, strength conditioning, cardio vascular improvement or mass building or weight loss. Id vary my style to keep motivated and challenge myself with varying techniques. Point id like to share with you is although physical fitness has been a big part of my life, i have by no means found it easy. One of the biggest obstacles to achieving the body we wish for is mental focus, will power and tenacity. But im a realist and from experience i know this just doesn't happen always, again just look what life can throw in our way as obstacles to overcome.
So now at the young age of 49 I'm still training and loving every moment. My new found passion now is calisthenics from the two Greek words Kallos and Stenos meaning beautiful strength.
This is training using your own body weight and I've been challenged by this extremely addictive amazing way of creating a great physique for the last 11 months.
This sport has been around for thousands of years as it was how the Greek army trained their warriors seen as gyms didn't exist back then.
Parts of America its huge and Eastern Europe
