Hi - I'm Kenton Epard, Founder of The Nexus Initiative

I'm an energetic, curious, and authentic leader with nearly thirty years of wide-ranging and rewarding career experience. I've worked in many businesses, from fast-paced technology startups in Silicon Valley to Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses. I've known great successes and failures in all aspects of my life, and I believe grit and willingness to (non-defensively) learn from our mistakes and failures are two essentials to success.

I hold a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude) and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

I am a Certified Executive Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I have been a founder, co-founder, operator, and entrepreneur and have been involved in very successful financial exits and difficult corporate wind-downs.
