All custom orders will require a 50% down payment at the time order is placed. Down payment is non-refundable. This payment is based upon estimated price. Please remember, this is an estimate. We try diligently to stay within the estimated price, however, circumstances may arise which may affect your final price. Extra prep work, repairs, and changes requested by the client are a few examples of things that may effect the final cost.
We will try very hard to give you a time frame when your order will be done, however we all have families and sometimes other commitments impact the finish time. You can be assured that even though it may take a little longer, we want you to be happy with the quality of your custom piece. You will be notified when your order will be ready for pick-up, as well as the final balance due at that time.
Customer will pick up items within 3-5 days after item is ready, unless other arrangements have been made. We simply don't have the room to store items. If items have not been picked up within 10 days, they will incur a $10 per day charge for storage. Any item not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited, along with down payment.
