Located in the heart of the village of Wrawby in North Lincolnshire, the Old Chapel offers self catering accommodation for up to 10 people. Whether you are here for work, rest or play, the Old Chapel provides the perfect base for exploring all that North Lincolnshire has to offer.
With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Old Chapel is suitable for families or groups of friends and we welcome well behaved dogs.
Built in 1885, The Old Chapel was a working methodist chapel until 2005. Renovated by the current owner with many original features retained, it was used as a family home for a number of years and is now being offered as holiday accommodation. The owner continuously maintains the property to ensure that high standards are kept and to ensure that guests find the accomodation welcoming , well equipped and comfortable.
Home comforts include a large breakfast kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet, five bedrooms (two with en suite shower rooms), family bathroom, study snug, large sitting/dining room, off road parking for two cars and a walled patio garden.
Wrawby is located three miles from the bustling market town of Brigg which sits on the River Ancholme. In Brigg there are a number of independent shops, weekly markets and monthly farmer's markets, several eateries and pubs, supermarkets and a leisure centre. In the village there are two pubs within easy walking distance (5 minutes) and both serve good pub grub and real ales.
We are close to Elsham Hall Country Park and wedding venue, there is a day spa at Forest Pines nearby and we are within easy travelling distance of a number of local attractions including Normanby Hall and Gardens, Waters Edge Visitor's Centre and Country Park and the North Lincolnshire Museum.
Humberside Airport is only six miles away and there is easy access to the motorway network via the M180. Rail access is via Barnetby station which is only 2 miles away.
Hull, the next city of culture, and the historic city of Lin
