The Perkins Mansion offers a distinctive, historic setting for all types of events. Our Main Floor consists of a Grand Hall, Solarium, Parlor with a Baby Grand Piano, Formal Dining Room and Library. An Executive Conference Room and Sitting Rooms are also available on the Second Floor.
Our venue fee is based upon the space needed and includes: tables of various sizes and chairs; linen, china, silverware and glassware; set-up and break-down; use of our commercial kitchen and butler's pantry; event planning and event-day support; and ample parking.
We will assist you to engage the perfect caterer for your special event from our House List or by qualifying your preferred business.
We have an extensive beverage offering and our Liquor License requires that we provide all alcoholic products.
Technology resources are available to meet your communication needs.
