The Reserve is a $180 million residential community developed by Anthony J. Costello & Son Development, a Rochester, New York-based real estate development company. The community is located on 70 acres and will feature 327 homes located in a variety of neighborhoods including Watermark Point, Waterford, Fort Plain, Brewerton and Glenville. The neighborhoods are named after towns and a village located on the Erie Canal.
You will find various types of homes at The Reserve. Loft condominiums (189), townhomes (46), patio homes (47), traditional brownstones (20), custom-built estate homes (19), and The Watermark, a grand home designed to look like an East Avenue mansion. The Watermark will feature six three-story condominiums.
The community’s main road (Reserve View Boulevard) is located off South Clinton Avenue in the southern portion of Brighton. The Reserve property is bordered on the north by Interstate 590; on the west by South Clinton Avenue and a privately held parcel owned by Entercom Rochester; on the south by the Erie Canal; and on the east by the Town of Brighton’s Meridian Centre Park. People living at The Reserve will be in close proximity to the University of Rochester and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
A 12,000-square-foot Clubhouse is at the heart of our community. It includes a 30-seat movie theater, a 120-seat private dining room, a caterer’s kitchen, the Harvard Room with overstuffed leather chairs, individual wine lockers, a fitness center staffed by a trainer and outdoor swimming pool. All residents have 24-hour-a-day access to the Clubhouse.
Models are open Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm, or by appointment.
