The emphasis is always on fitting appropriate exercise into your lifestyle to ensure that it makes a difference. Poor body awareness leads to poor posture and a variety of aches and pains. Raising awareness of the muscular-skeletal system can change how the body reacts to movement.
Consultations begin with a full biomechanical and postural screening to assess where problems causing discomfort originate from. Exercise and massage treatments can be recommended to give long term solutions.
Small group sessions combining the exercise techniques mentioned in a format suitable for group exercise are ideal for specialist exercise solutions at low cost.
Referrals are taken from GP's, Chiropractors and other health providers. This can include provision of exercise plans for clients with low back pain, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, MS, arthritis, osteoporosis and a variety of other conditions.
