I am a Health Coach. What is a Health Coach? A Health Coach is a person with expertise in helping people identify health and life needs and goals. They will help develop a solid, achievable plan based on the client’s needs and lifestyle. A Health Coach will then provide accountability and strategies to ensure success.

What is it like to work with me? I’d like to think when someone leaves a session with me, that they’re excited and inspired to make stuff happen. I have a strong belief that everyone knows how to make great decisions. And one of the things I enjoy doing is asking good questions that help people find good solutions that will work. So I spend some time getting clear on what my clients want to achieve, we throw around ideas of how they can achieve what it is they’re wanting and then put these ideas into a plan.

The Wellness ReWard 6 month Program

This is a 12 session program, in which we start with a one hour planning session, to nut out what it is you want to achieve and we talk about your ultimate vision for your life. The importance of being clear on what your ultimate life looks like is that it helps you to push through the challenges. With clear goals we create a plan and discuss how you will go about achieving your goals. This is a super exciting session!

The following 11 sessions are a 45 minutes long. Each session I’ll check in with you to see what is working well, what is good and new and what are the challenges, if any, you need to work through. Six months is good amount of time to identify what changes you want to make, practice these changes and then have the changes you’ve made fully integrated.
