|About||The Whitehall Apartments is a newly constructed veterans apartment community located in Spring City, Chester County. The Whitehall has 48 modern affordable housing units for veterans.|
The Whitehall Apartments is professionally managed by Columbus Property Management, a member of Mission First Housing Group.
Mission First Housing Group’s mission is to develop and manage affordable, safe and sustainable homes for people in need, with a focus on the vulnerable. We ensure our residents have access to resources to help them live independently. We deliver housing that provides long-term benefits to residents and neighborhoods, alike.
Opened in the summer of 2017, The Whitehall Apartments was developed in response to a local need for permanent supportive housing for at-risk veterans in Chester County and a national effort to end veterans homelessness. The development features an innovative renovation of the historic Whitehall Inn as well as new construction of 48 affordable apartments for veterans in need. The building also includes a community room, fitness facilities and a computer room. The Whitehall Apartments has a live-in property superintendent and on-site support services staff to link veterans to community-based supports.
Ways to support residents of The Whitehall Apartments
When you make a donation to Mission First on behalf of The Whitehall Apartments, you’re helping to ensure that at-risk veterans have the supports they need to remain successfully housed, get back on their feet and live as thriving members of the community. Your support will help Mission First provide onsite programming and social events, linkage to community resources, transportation, amenities and rental assistance to veterans at The Whitehall Apartments.
