We have been roasting pigs for the past three years in beautiful west cork, and have now moved to Cheltenham, and roast pigs all over the south of England. Unlike the oven spit roasters or the much better open charcoal ones, we offer open flame, oak smoked super slow cooked spit roast pigs, finished with nothing more than Maldon salt for the Maldon crunchy crackling. This lets the fantastic pork speak for itself.
Calved and served right in front of the customer for that wow factor, we have and can cater for from 280 people to 60, fewer numbers are possible but become more expensive because of the initial cost of wood etc.
