Tiered Fitness & Nutrition
You may ask why Tiered???
I feel that we are all different, not just in shape, skin colour, age, sex, fitness or religion. But in what our bodies need to run at their healthiest, remember we only get ONE body, so we better take care it.
We all have different understandings of fitness & nutrition, some people think to build muscle or lose weight you have to live in the gym, lift heavy weights and spend hours on the treadmill.
Then, on the other hand, we have to people that think if we cut out foods and even whole food groups we can achieve the same result.
Matter a fact we need a combination of both. we need to do the hard yards in the gym, but we have to do even more in the kitchen.
Some of you may have heard that 20% gym and 80% kitchen or that AB's are made in the kitchen.
It's true, 1st we have to nourish the body, 2nd we develop the body and 3rd we can develop that body that we desire.
With all this being said that's where I come in, I work with you to develop a fitness and nutrition plan that's tailored to you and your lifestyle and together we will work towards a healthier you and being able to achieve your goal's
