|About||This is the very beginning of our company which will provide beautiful and useful woodcraft to lift your spirits and your home.|
In high school I ran my own woodworking business out of my shop class and at my grandpa's shop. I sold cutting boards, cheese boards, wall and corner shelves. My costs were minimal because my shop teacher said I could use scrap pieces for free if they were under a percentage of a board foot. So the majority of my business cost was just labor and glue. It was fun and I averaged over $12 per hour over 17 years ago for my part time effort. My mom helped by turning my wares into the local county fairs where I got business and if I placed I also received a little money.
Times have changed and I grew up. I got a normal boring job but my inner woodworker hasn't left me and so I hope to launch a little side business with the help of my CNC router.
If you have a particular piece you'd like to see created, let me know. I will make it for you.
