Founded in 2016 in Sofia (Bulgaria), Toma’s Bakery is producer of top-quality croissants and pastries in the Balkan Peninsula.
We make ready to bake croissants with 100% French butter, French macarons, eclairs, tartelettes, cakes and cookies using the finest ingredients.
Our products are carefully packaged and delivered frozen – ready to be freshly baked at the convenience of the customer. We also ensure the quality of the entire product line by strictly following International Food Standard regulations and practices.
As a little boy, Toma helped his grandmother in the family bakery in the small town Lautenbach in Alsace (France). Since then, he knew that croissants and pastries will become his life.
After 20 years of mastering in France, Toma decided to create a workshop in Bulgaria to promote the true French tradition of croissants and pastries in the Balkan Peninsula.
In the workshop Toma's Bakery work every day with high-skilled master confectioners with long experience in French pastry in order to offer to our clients the best of France.

We have developed a unique production base in Sofia (Bulgaria), with high capacity, which allows us to deliver our products to our customers in all the countries in the Balkan Peninsula.
