Description Torri Schaffer is the president and founding member of the Mid Atlantic Association of Professional Process Servers (MAAPPS) and a former board member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS).

She has also testified before the DC Council and has helped enact many major and positive changes in the rules for the Service of Process in the Metropolitan area. Torri's Legal Services serves for the United States government, and years of expertise in the Service of Process guarantees that we can accommodate any needs.

Our main office is in Washington, DC, but we have affiliate offices nationwide.
