Shifu Peter guides students to achieve peace, happiness and a balance between movement and stillness (Yin and Yang) through the training disciplines of Shaolin - Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Through these teachings one can become a better person for themself and others.
Training in the ways of Shaolin can be described as action meditation seeking to obtain enlightenment through experience of movement and action.
Strength and Conditioning as well as flexibility are highly focused on throughout training.
Everyone can train in Shaolin no matter what their age, gender or skill level. All can benefit from the training of Traditional Shaolin Temple Kung Fu
