About A private fitness studio owned by Stacey Scarnato, where clients receive one on one personal training and nutrition coaching based on individual goals.
Description As a life-long fitness enthusiast, I followed my passion and became a certified personal trainer to encourage others to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into their daily lives. Muscle Strength
Muscle Endurance
