Before I found the right person, I used to think personal trainers were very intimidating. It really knocked my confidence, and I didn’t find working out that enjoyable. Then in 2011 I found a personal trainer who totally changed the way I felt about working out. I started to actually look forward to exercise. Now I’ve become a personal trainer myself so that I can help other people to have that experience.
With me, your workouts will be fun and easy going, but you’ll still grow stronger and fitter with each session. I’ll get to know you and your preferences and how hard to push, so that you always get the most from our time together. I mix body weight exercises with equipment like medicine balls and dumbbells, adding elements of boxing for cardio and yoga for core stability.
We can work out in the park or your home, and I can play music if it helps you to power through.
I can help you make sure that your diet and exercise plan are complementing each other, give you nutritious, easy recipes and advise you on healthy – and tasty – food options.
