My new yoga studio will feature TriYoga, as well as other kinds of yoga taught by other instructors. TriYoga is a flowing practice that unites sustained postures, breath and focus to create greater flow of energy. Gentle, good for any fitness level.
TriYoga is flowing yoga, for any fitness level. I teach at LA Fitness clubs in Cincinnati and will give private lessons for 1-2 people in my home studio.
