Trojan Training Systems are offering a wide range of Membership plans and classes FREE of charge as part of the membership.
BEGGINERS WEIGHT TRAINING CLASSES are run every
Monday to Friday from 10.30am - 11.30am.
They are aimed to educate you how to train different muscle groups of your body as well as show you different training approaches for you to be motivated with your training.
TROJAN FITNESS CLASSES are run every
Tuesday and Thursday from 6 pm - 6.45pm
These classes are for any fitness level. You will be using our functional equipment such as sled pushes and pulls, battle ropes, tyre flips, monkey bars and much more.
Instructors will always adapt workouts to every individual need so if there is an exercise you cannot do we will find a solution for you.
WEDNESDAY HIIT SESSION is run every
Wednesday at 7 am and is only 30-minute workout.
When time is limited HIIT workouts are the best way to exercise your body. By challenging your body to work at a higher rate you are not only getting exhausted but building your fitness and burning fat at the same time!
All of these classes are FREE for our Members or only £3 for non-members.
