Trotter & Associates Architects, LLC was founded in 1985 by Thomas B. Trotter. The fact that many of our clients repeatedly come back to us with new projects is indicative of their continued satisfaction with the excellent services that we provide.
Trotter & Associates has extensive experience in all aspects of project development - from feasibility studies to project close-out. A project’s success starts with a well-conceived and executed design. Our extensive use of 3D computer modeling during the design phase allows the client to be fully-engaged in the process and have the ability to make well-informed decisions. The computer model is ultimately the basis for our CAD construction drawings, which insures that design continuity is maintained. During construction, we work closely with the contractor to maintain the original design intent and a high level of quality.

Hilton Garden Inn – Gatlinburg (the first LEED-certified hotel in Tennessee)

• Award: 2000, and 2005 International Clarion Inn of the Year. Awarded Gold Award 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001 by Choice Hotel.
Comfort Inn – Apple Valley

Pittman Center Elementary School
