His dominance of the market is especially noticeable in the prestigious beachfront and beachside streets from Burleigh Heads to Coolangatta. In 2010 he negotiated the sale of 14 James Street on Currumbin Hill for $8.2 million which is a benchmark / record price south of Mermaid Beach.
With the market experiencing challenging economic conditions in 2012, he facilitated the landmark sale of a 638 Pacific Parade ( iconic beachfront home ) in Tugun for $6.8 million and a large volume of transactions over $2 million in the last 5 years.
Since 2009 Troy has sold over $220 million worth of Gold Coast property, earning the prestigious Ray White Elite Performer title on a number of occasions.
