When selling your house; the ultimate goal is to get a "SOLD" sign on your house as soon as possible, that's why I will work closely with you, giving suggestions on staging your house and ways to create great curb appeal, as well as do a comparative market analysis (CMA) to show you what other comparable houses have sold for and the time period it took for those houses to sell. We will do all of this before we even putting that "For Sale" sign on your house. My opinion is that, "First impressions are lasting impressions; you want to make your property pleasing to the "buyer"
When it comes to buying a house, I will gather as much information from you as to what you feel is, "most important" in the house, the land, the location, etc. I will then do my very best to meet that criteria. When we do find that house you are ready to put a contract on, I will perform a comparative market analysis (CMA) on that particular house making sure you are not paying too much, avoiding costly mistakes.
