Unity Precision Manufacturing is a 3rd-generation family-owned company founded as Unity Tool in 1969 by Ron and Irene Van Essen. It all started with a single machine brought into the basement with the young Van Essen boys learning the trade while Irene kept everything in order. Today, Ron and Irene, their son Mike, and grandson Ryan, continue to grow the family business with an entrepreneurial spirit and forward-thinking growth in the medical and commercial/industrial markets.
