I am a man on the mission! I am a fitness professional specialising in Functional Training for all fitness levels. Over the years I have used fitness exercises to achieve the highest level of skills in my personal fitness life. This allowed me to gain the highest qualifications in Snowboarding and Gymnastics. I then went on to graduating from a three years college course in Personal Training to be able to help others.
My mission is to inspire and guide you to unleash your full potential from general lifestyle improvement and weight loss to getting you ready for that winter or summer sport season ahead.
