Description As a busy working parent I understand fully how difficult it is to find time to work out and train effectively. That’s why I make every minute of every session count so that you squeeze the maximum benefits from the precious time you have available.

My specialist areas include building core strength, flexibility, nutrition, weight loss, yoga, functional training, Hiit and outdoor exercise.

I’m a firm believer in ‘strong body, strong mind’ and know from personal experience how squeezing that workout in can lift your mood and help you cope with whatever life throws you just that little bit better.

I offer one to one personal training, small group training sessions, (maximum four people) and currently teach larger group classes in flexibility, stretch and Hiit.

I can work with you to achieve whatever your personal goals may be; cardio improvement, weight loss, muscle gain, body fat reduction, strength, mobility and flexibility, core strength, and overall fitness & mental wellbeing.

My favourite training methods include functional training and use large compound movements engaging the full body, Hiit (high intensity interval training) which maximises benefits (fat burn and cardio fitness) in the shortest amount of time. I also love the versatility of the suspension trainer (TRX) as well as kettlebells and weights for resistance and strength training. I also use deep stretch techniques for increasing flexibility, improving posture, releasing tension and improving mobility.

I began to take my own fitness and physical wellbeing seriously 20 years ago when I suffered an acute back injury. Over the years I have improved the condition dramatically with a consistent combination of careful strength training and yoga. I attend regular yoga classes and workshops and am working towards my teacher training qualification.

I have also completed half and full marathons and currently run most days attempting to keep up with my energetic over-sized puppy.
