The Vogel Resiliency Center (VRC) project to completion on 5 January 2018 with a grand opening and ribbon cutting, was and remains a US Army North (Fifth Army) Commanding General and Senior Commander for Fort Sam Houston-Camp Bullis center. US Army North (Fifth Army) has oversight of the center with several major commands in the center providing resiliency services to JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. This Facebook site was originally developed by COL James T. Flanagan Jr., the VRC Project Manager (2016-2018).
